At CBH Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused sports equipment and apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely package your sports gear.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
